This 1934 Yankees Uniform Player’s Contract has been signed in black pen by Grimes and William Harridge. The contract is accompanied by a LOA from JSA (Z62195) who have determined that the signature of Jacob Ruppert is secretarial and signed in the hand of Ed Barrow, which was very common.

Beautiful piece to be sure. I like that contract a lot. Tough at the moment to spend that kind of money on Burleigh Grimes, but I'd definitely put that on my site.
