Throw in a dash of Exponential Registry Pricing, egomaniacal Registry collectors with deep pockets, complicit third party graders, a complicit venue or three and an essentially unregulated hobby.
Is anyone really surprised? Not only has the front door been left open for fraud, but a red carpet has been rolled out inviting trimmers, chemists, bleachers, graders, marketplaces, etc to prosper. We really need an assist from Law Enforcement, or else the graded card will eventually go the way of the Beanie Baby.
