I have heard people pronounce it Mozier in which case none of the above.

I've known three people named Moser and all three pronounced it "Moscher" with a long O. So, none of the above.

No, not much support for that but a simple "loser" (H) would be correct, however it doesn't rhyme :(.

How do you know?

Could be moser as in closer or

Could be moser as in loser.

It’s tough to cough though when making dough until you are through.
