I ran across this the other day and had never seen this before. So I did what I usually do and made an impulse purchase. Anyone have any info on it?

I Posted an empty bag on this board and although got a couple compliments no solid info. My guess is a $25 to $50 item on a really good day. I got my bag somewhere between 1977 and 1979 on a trip to Alabama.
