I would love to do something like that. Current location makes it next to impossible. Now if someone wanted to relocate or start a place about 2 hrs south west of PWCC headquarters I would be all over it.

Johnny would be perfect. I am happy to serve as a reference! And maybe this would mean Lelands would take a deep dive into rare T and E cards, which would be great.

mrvster 07-01-2019 09:10 PM

mrvster 07-01-2019 09:13 PM

I think Lelands will be getting quite a few more early baseball cards given their new marketing campaign. IF I were in the area I would apply for that job!!

.

geez sorry I asked. thought it was an innocent and practical question since you have experience and contacts in the hobby and are in Beckett’s neighborhood. sorry I touched a nerve.

It's customary to shout "Fore!" when making a shot like that.

Certainly seems a bit harsh coming from Leon but I am certain there is a reason for it.

Quite a nut-shot you took there, Ronnie...Hope you had your cup on.

Anyhoo, back to the OP. Mid-Jersey...reminds me of an old joke:

A plane is heading for NY in a terrible storm and the pilot comes on the PA:

"Folks, due to the weather at Kennedy we're going to divert to Newark."

A drunk shouts from back:

"Newark? I'd rather crash in New York than land in New Jersey!"
