How do you store your cards?
Show some pics of how you store your cards and locations. I'm outgrowing my security safe and need some new ideas..

How do you store your cards?
I keep my sets in binders. This makes them easy to look at. I use BCW binders with Ultra-Pro Platinum sheets. I also collect Reggie Jackson, Julius Erving, and Terry Bradshaw cards. Most of them are PSA, but a few of the newer Reggie’s are in sleeves/toploaders.

I am about the same as the above...sets in binders with a few PSA/SGC graded slabs in a storage box.

I'm also a set collector that stores them in binders. Where/how do you guys store the binders? Man caves, shelves, safe....l am looking for ideas too as you can only store so much in a safe.

I still have a few things from when I was younger in binders, but on the whole i'm not a set collector and don't really like them, so...
Most of it is pretty inefficient - stacks of toploaders and graded cards in my closet. I have a couple of row boxes with more toploaders and shoeboxes with even more toploaders. It's not near the best way to do it, but for the most part I can tell you where everything is. If I ever get further down the road on some of these "sets" I'm collecting ('56, '61, '72...) I suppose I will have to revisit the idea of binders - although I don't like them. |

Almost all of my sets are stored raw in boxes.

I buy the Archival Methods binders too w/ slip covers. They are pricey, but are so worth it. Very nice for sets! I was just curious if you just keep them on a shelf, in a safe, or elsewhere. Some of the sets I've collected are quite expensive. Kind of torn on where to keep them.

Wow, that is a lot of sets. How do you break them down? Do you have a shelf for each decade (50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, etc.). Or do you have each brand on a shelf (i.e. a shelf for Topps, one for Score, one for Bowman). How do you break that down?
I'm leaning towards binders. It's what I had my 58T set in before I sold it. I really liked that because I could grab it off the shelf and flip through it and look at it. Quote:
