1972 topps “see through” card #366 rosario
Anyone ever see a vintage TOPPS card where some of the info on back is imprinted on the front?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...50dbce4a0f.jpg

Wet sheet transfer?

You might get more responses if you put this in the Postwar section rather than the BST.

Like Dan said above, it's a wet sheet transfer. The newly printed card sheets were stacked on top of each other and the black ink on the card backs was still wet. It appears the transfer is from another #366 Rosario card, which falls in line with the stacking theory.

Agreed with all said. Wet sheet transfer.
I have seen them on virtually every year/series, 72T included. They can bring a small premium to oddity collectors. |
Thanks to all for this information.
