1965 topps print variations

Has anyone out there ever noticed on any of the 1965 Topps issues a coloration such as the one I found on the back of this #390 BILL FREEHAN? Since the red ink is so perfectly filled-in or inscribed within the “B” and “F” of his name, I’m almost certain no one did this by hand.

Definitely done by hand.

I'm sorry, but I have to laugh.
The last sentence of the OP: "I’m almost certain no one did this by hand." The very first (only) sentence of the first response: "Definitely done by hand." :D:D:D |
I am an art teacher ! I try to teach my students to color outside the lines , but most artist can stay in the lines when need be!

Thanks for response, maybe the picture doesn’t do justice to the inquiry. Artist or no artist, it’s hard to believe the red ink fit so well within those letters. It’s not as if there’s a whole lot of space to work in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Hey Baggypants, I have some well-tailored Calvin Kleins so you don’t have to wear I’ll-fitted clothing anymore. I’ll give you a big discount if you surrender the old ones without incident. |
I have these in any color you choose, $100/card... except for the RARE red version, those are $1000/card
