Were there any 1962 Minor League sets made?
 

I am trying to help a person out who is seeking stuff from the 1962 Appy League. I didn't think much is available from back them but told him I would see what I could do. Thanks.

You can possibly look up each team or each player, one at a time, and come up with some results.

Denny McClain played for Harlan in 1962 and dave May played for Salem in 1962.

Rick, thanks. I have down as my of suggestions is to try just that, look up the player by name. He apparently had a brother that played for the Kingsport Pirates in 1962. His brother has passed away and he is now trying to find out something about his playing days. I don't know why he is just asking that now but maybe like my parents - I wish I had asked many questions when I had the chance. I have also have down to go to our local paper archives and look up articles on the 1962 Kingsport Pirates.

What is the brothers name? If we can find any kind of a picture, I would be happy to make a custom card for him.

Dave I will have to ask him but will pass this one. He called an antique shop in Kingsport and his number was passed on to me because they knew I was a baseball guy. Thanks.
