BTW, I don't use online pic storage like image shack or photo bucket. I am usually able to upload right to a post from my phone in other places but I see that is not available here and is why I did not just include the scans. I have already sent to those who asked for them :)

I ended up throwing this card up on e-bay due to the slow interest. I guess I might have had it priced a bit high here and in another place. We'll see for sure! Anyway, thanks to everybody who asked for scans.
