1795 Flowing Hair Silver Dollar, Fine 12. Bolender 7. One of the truly classic American coins. The silver dollar has always been the most widely collected U.S. coin, and the 1795 is the earliest collectible date (with the 1794 being prohibitively expensive). Interestingly, this variety has been nicknamed "head of 1794" because it is an almost identical match to the first year issue. As such, it is a somewhat scarce variety with a little cache, too.

This is a well balanced and accurately graded Fine 12, with clean surfaces and only a small edge nick on the reverse at TE. A really nice collector grade early American silver dollar. On ebay Fines typically sell in the 4-4.5K range, this one is available for....SOLD.
