I am potentially looking to move a few vintage items from Walter Johnson. Please PM me for more details and feel free to make respectable offers.

1) $1500 OBO Walter Johnson Type 1 (PSA) "The Grip" - Speed Ball from his personal collection (Estate of Walter Johnson) with full PSA LOA and family signed COA

- Item is professionally matted and framed with original 1920 newspaper article. Photo can be removed easily as well so this item could be offered as the framed piece or can be removed if desired. It also comes with the unique provenance of having been Walter Johnson’s personal copy and originates directly from the Johnson-family scrapbook. According to Thomas, the photo was a part of a collage that was given to Walter after the 1927 season. In the listings pictures, you will find a picture of Walter's daughter with the collage pointing. You will see the photo as circled in red.

A "Newark Sunday Call" credit stamp appears on the reverse, as do a number of handwritten editorial notations and the date "Nov. 6." The photo (6.25 x 4.5 inches), which appears to have a slight trim along the top border, displays a few light surface wrinkles and a few small areas of surface-paper loss on the reverse from having been removed from an album. In Very Good condition overall. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Johnson’s grandson and biographer, Henry W. Thomas.

2) Original 1925 Vintage "Curve Ball" Grip Photo that is adhered to poster board. Originates from the Chicago Herald per a collection I've acquired. Has some editorial markings as well. Measures 3 1/2 by 7 inches.
$200 OBO

3) Original 1925 rendering of "Walter Johnson's Arm" used in October 14, 1925 publication. Item is folded but is very neat. Measures 5 1/2 x 17 1/2 inches with paper publication pointing to the world series. $100 OBO
