This has been on my want list for a while.

1874 cabinet card of Wes Fisler of the Philadelphia Athletics credited with scoring the first run in MLB history.

Top of the card has "Ret(urn) to Mr Murnane". Murnane was his teammate and later a sportswriter. This photo, as a woodcut, was featured in the July 25th, 1874 Harper's Weekly magazine along with 8 of his teammates. I'm suspecting this note may be associated with that publication.

Recently added my first Rose PC from a trade with a board member and got another of this rare PC of Ruth, also from a board member via ebay.

Added another toughy thanks to a fellow board member; matty cycle 37-1 t205. It is a respectable, centered example and it makes me happy.

Grabbed this Cobb last night from PWCC. Beautiful example for the grade in my opinion... I could really see these skyrocketing in price even more, hence the reason I grabbed it.

Beautiful T227 Cobb! My favorite card of all time and I'm still waiting for the right one. Great pickup!

I picked this up at a local card shop. The printer must have been hit in the head while printing this or drunk.

Ebay bucks helped me add to my cracker jack pitcher set I'm doing
