Weird thing is simultaneously I got a random $3 ebay coupon. Weird timing as I had just made and had accepted but not yet paid, a $15 offer on something. Typically the coupons come out after I pay. And I've never seen a flat dollar amount coupon so small on ebay. But it worked for me.
