8% in eBay Bucks now. I was able to use it on two cards that i won last night. I'm glad i waited until today to pay!

I just noticed that I only received 1% instead of 8%. I called eBay Concierge and they said a purchase yesterday wouldn't earn the 8% offer that began today.:(
