Does anyone know if either of these two require a fee if requesting an autograph through the mail. I have no problem including the money. Figured both might be a long shot at this point due to their advanced age. Thanks.

Moore is very reliable TTM for donations between $5-10 per card. It doesn't appear that Dowler requires a donation. Both seem to respond to fan mail in relatively short time. Good luck!
