Cool item, why PRO grading though?

Believe me, he has been told it is a disaster in that holder. I don't think he cares.

Get it in a PSA holder and it sells in minutes. Odd situation.

He and I spoke on the phone for quite some time. I told him over and over that anyone looking at it will have serious doubts in that holder. I also told him it looks like a picture cut out and glued on a postcard from that company. And that it doesn't look like a real photo, not that is has to be.
His response was not quite logical or he doesn't understand what the word fake means? I don't know if it is real or not but have serious doubts about it. Caveat emptor.

It says here on this blog that there was a blank back issue in 1947 from a pants company called "Fleetwood Slacks" that looks exactly like this Robinson, right down to the grainy white scratches on the suit.

I'm surprised that SGC has agreed to slab it. They have previously exhibited similar reluctance to holdering things that are not "in the catalog".

Odd that a postcard for a pants company is a bust photo...

I don't think a picture of Jackie's a$$, legs, and feet would have been very popular back in the day.

What are the odds that we see this in an SGC holder? <1% IMO

While not the postcard version, PSA & SGC have both graded Pleetwood Slacks cards. Good luck Paul, nice card!

This was probably obvious to everyone. I just noticed he has the "Well Made Pants" version, not Pleetwood Slacks.... I'm slow sometimes...
