Clark Griffith card help

Any help here would be great...look real and value?

$300-$400 depending on condition (I'd need to look at it more closely). 1916 H801-9 Globe, akin to m101-4.

thank you sir!

Can't tell what the deal is with that lower right crease or mark--about level with his lower socks. If that's a crease or worse(tear), then I'd lower my valuation. Most Globe cards are found in ex or better or shape, although a HOFer is nothing to sneeze at.

BTW, if you're thinking of buying it, you should put it under a loupe and check the dots/tones. The fakes are getting better and better. Also, that's an odd place to put a sticker--check and make sure there's nothing amiss on the card that's not shown in the scan.

I would value it even a little higher than Todd. I also think it looks good, but scans can be deceiving. If you buy it and are looking to sell it I would be a buyer. My recommendation is to slab it before selling it; the price you get will be higher.
