Was not designated as altered, but does measure short, presumably factory short. Front is impeccable and has no creases, wrinkles, or paper loss. 4 EX corners and colors that pop. Small amount of paper loss on the back that doesnt detract at all. For the price, you may be able to find a PSA 1 that has gone through the wringer a few times, or this guy that presents exceptionally well. VCP: $2589
