1940 Mexican photo w/HOF Brown & Smith Negro Leagues SOLD
 

Up for grabs is an original 8x10 photo from Mexico featuring the 1940 Nuevo Laredo La Junta ball club.
This would be the only year this team played in the Mexican Professional League.
What makes this special is that it features two HOF players, Hilton Smith and Willard Brown and superstar players Bus Clarkson, Ted Strong and Ed Stone.

Like with many items that come out of Latin America, the condition is rough with significant creasing, handling wear and pen writing but the image of the players are clear and spectacular. There is a backstamp from Roberto Lopez.

Don't ask me why the front and back images are two different sizes, I don't usually post anything. ;)
