What set is this from?
 

The image seems familiar, but I can't place it exactly. It might have been one of those UD 8x10 pieces that were issued in the 90s with multiple teams and player mixes like the example shown.

Is there anything on the back and what are the dimensions at the crop marks? It looks to be an odd ball size. Also is that writing/a signature of the artist on the bottom right corner?

Don't know anything about them, but it reminds me of a Joe Carter "art print" I see on eBay all the time...

Edited to add, if you look at the "People who viewed this item also viewed", you'll see that exact Kirby and a few others from the set.
