Cards are no longer FS

I had started this thread because I was forced to sell my 1962 Topps starter lot. But earlier this week, I learned that isn't the case. So this thread can be closed. Thanks.

Damn, even I was going to jump on that...

Thanks to a very gracious member for realizing I had made a mistake on the pricing. I had accidentally hit an "-" instead of a "0." in the price. Thank you to that user for bringing that miscue to light instead of assuming I was giving $2,000 worth of cards away for nothing. The OP has been fixed.

I was 99% sure this was the case but didn’t want to say anything based on the debacle in the other thread.

not exactly giving away $2,000 worth of cards when asking for $450 obo

funny how some members didnt even jump on them at $45..

great cards..good luck with the sale..

Marchillo 09-10-2018 11:16 PM

Pretty sure he meant giving them away at $45 not $450.

no he clearly says giving away $2000 worth of cards..........thus given a great deal for $450....and a ridiculous one for $45..

wdwfan 09-14-2018 05:13 PM

Seriously? Let it go already.

Anyone in their right mind would know I meant $450. Not $45. I can't believe 3 people would actually have thought I was asking $45 for $2k worth of cards.

Had I actually been asking that and not made a mistake, $45 would've been an amazing deal had I been asking that. But $450 is about where vintage sales, which is still at 75% below their value (BV). To be honest, I'm surprised I got no takers at 25% of their value.
