Where Will Clayton Kershaw Be end of 2020
Any thoughts ??
Always thought New York Yankees or Boston. Maybe Houston he is from Texas and will be older. Idk fun to ponder. |
If his injuries continue he might be lucky to be pitching anywhere.
|
AAA doing rehab, at this rate, I agree. No way with all his postseason ssues does he want the pressure of NY.
|
Weird guy to speculate on. He loves the Dodgers and vice-versa.
|
Here is a Better Question Where Will Mike Trout Be end of 2020 ?

Not sure on Kershaw in 2020 but the Sox have some huge decisions coming up soon on Mookie Betts, Zander Bogearts and Sale. Money usually isn`t much of a problem in Boston but between these 3 could be in the 400+ mil neighborhood.

Staying the course to the question, I believe Kershaw retires. |
I’m hope he has a Verlander like resurgence!

"Where Will Clayton Kershaw Be end of 2020?"

What team do you root for? I assume you wouldn't want Kershaw then? |

I’d take Kershaw on my team any day of the week and twice on Sunday’s.

And as has been pointed out, he is not pitching many innings and he has a lot of rest between starts. I think that speaks volumes but I am guessing you are not taking that into account. |
8 innings 7 hits no walks 9 k's 2 earned runs.

plus his best playoff pitching has been in the last 2 playoff years versus the prior years.....so hes only getting better in that area... if a NL fantasy draft started tomorrow..he'd still be right there with Nola, Scherzer, Degrom. You want to talk about injuries....talk Strasburg... |

I was pointing out how silly
"Who? Where will be be at the end of 2018? It is not looking too good for him. " is. Also if you'd like more than one game. When he went on the DL his ERA was 2.86, it's now 2.39. His WHIP was 1.10 it's now 1.00, His BAA was .237, it's now .220. Clearly he's washed up and has no future. I mean hell, he is 30... Oh, and I don't own any modern cards. |
He'll be celebrating consecutive World Series championships with L.A.

My opinion is also influenced by a short interview I read in May or June with Kershaw and his own doubts about reaching certain milestones in baseball. It was almost depressing. Will see if I can find it. |

interesting tidbit is that kersaw evidently slipped in the draft to number 7 because his last high school start he was not lights out......Tim Lincecum actualy drafted right after him....for the first 2 years that Tim was in MLB you would think there is no way Kershaw would end up being 10x better than Tim but its all about sample size.. |

Sir, I am not against Kershaw, really. Again, I am just giving my OPINION. Just as you are. You know his favorite color and what he eats for breakfast so maybe you and the other guy are right. |
