SGC email response time?
 
Has anyone waited weeks for an email reply from SGC? Is this normal? I didn’t have an urgent requirement for a reply but weeks seems odd.

They answer their phone 100% of the time during business hours. I would recommend picking the phone up and calling. I am sure you will recieve a solution.

Yup just call them. I quickly realized this is the best (only way) to communicate with them. They are always very helpful.
