Can Anyone Identify this Ruth Card?
2 Attachment(s)
The card appears to be from the 1930s. It is glossy on the front and blank backed. Any help identifying it would be much appreciated.

As far as I know, they haven't been identified yet. I picked up the Gehrig in a RMY auction & it was listed as a 1932 premium. I believe Heritage auctioned the Ruth & Gehrig as a single lot in the "Luckey Collection."

Thanks Jeremy. Amazing that with all the candlepower on the board no one has the answer.

I always thought they were premiums given out somewhere. Definitely period and definitely legit. Otherwise, they look like original photos to me.

Question is, who is the guy behind Lou? Looking all surly.

I am beyond speechless just looking at some of the items you once owned. Very impressive to say the least! |
