I have two IDs and sometimes only one gets the offer. Not sure how they decide who is eligible.

These Ebay Bucks specials always force me into buying!!! I used this one to get about $13 extra bucks, not a monster total but it adds up if you do this every time they have a special.

I can now rationalize my buying really well though. I am working on a 1957 set, and I can tell myself that whether I buy cards for it now or later in the end when the set is completed I will have spent the same amount of total money, so might as well buy cards when there are Ebay Bucks specials!!!
