Who's going to the 2018 National?
 

I'm planning to head to the National next month and was thinking of seeing if any Net54 football collectors wanna grab a casual lunch on Thursday at the show. Let me know if you are there and interested. In the past when we've done this we've met at the BST Auctions booth (the mecca of football auction houses!) at around 11:45 on Thursday. We usually just wander over to the snack bar area and grab a bite to make it easy.

If lunch doesn't work for you but you are at the show, would love to meet up and put a face with a name/Net54 ID.

Earlier in the year I was planning on going but I live in Vegas and got caught up in the Golden Knights hype. Spent all of my national money on Stanley Cup tickets and a game used Knights Jersey from the finals. Wish the knights would have won but it was still worth it. I’ll be reading about everyone’s adventures on here from home. I’m sure I’ll get to a National sooner or later, and it’s not often your home team makes the championships so I was glad to be able to watch that.

I will be there. If anyone has any vintage Duluth or Minneapolis related NFL items or early Gophers items, please let me know. I also look for many different Minnesota related sports items from high school, college and pro in almost all major sports. Jason

Great to see more football collecting coming! Don't forget about the football lunch at 11:45 on Thursday. It's more of an excuse just to meet up with fellow football collectors than lunch so come whether you are hungry or not and put a face with a name/ID!

I don't know about anybody else but I had a blast! There was five of us and we just sat around and talked cards for probably an hour.

Great guys. It was nice to meet a few people and talk football. I am on my way back home so hopefully you guys uncover some hidden gems that eluded me.

Yes a nice visit and great to meet some of my fellow football collectors although I am trying to complete 1961 Nu Cards and 1963 Fleer sets and these guys collect teams I never even heard of but hey I learned a few things and great to see Jeff again and meet some new friends!
