1985 Topps Blank Backs
 

Hi everyone,
I was going through a box of 1985 Topps cards and found 5 cards with blank backs. Does anyone know how rare or common these are and if anyone is collecting them?

Commons are available on eBay for $2. Stars can go for more.

Does anyone collect this variation? I don't see enough of them on ebay to even begin putting a set together.

Most printing errors go to player collectors. I do know 1 guy that has a boatload of print error sets. Including blank backs, blank fronts, and and wrong backs. The wrong backs are the hardest because there can be a few different combinations.

They are usually not sets that get put together in a hurry, some take many many years to complete or get even close.
