FSN COAs in Goldin Auction

I noticed that several of the lots in Goldin's current auction have FSC certificates. I usually stick to JSA, PSA/DNA and SGC. Is FSC a reliable company? This is the first I've heard of them.

FSC is Finest Sports Collectable's. They write their own certs
