1936 H.A. Meade St. Louis Cardinals PC - Need info
 

Hello all, I recently picked up the card below and I'm having some trouble getting some information on this postcard. I don't see any info on the PSA pop report and I only saw 5 on the SGC pop report. I can't see the Beckett pop report because I'm not a member.

Is this a rare card? Was it a regional issue? I would appreciate anyone's insight. Thanks!
