Could you fill me in on more for this card?

I attended Waverly and I don't remember this card at all. John was of course a big deal when he and Danton Cole were there.

Do you know of any examples or distribution facts?

Would love to hear more.

Oh, crap...it just hit me.

This is from Bouton's company, Big League Cards. I had these too, to give to family.

You ordered these at some point in the season and provided a photo. They would send you the number of cards you ordered. Man, if this is out there, they are likely in just friends and family hands and likely less than 50.

That's going to be a mission to find, good luck.

Looks like there was one up for trade here a few years ago (with a color photograph of the front and back):

Thanks. A few years ago, a fellow collector was selling one for around $50. I blinked a minute and someone else bought it on eBay. I’ve only seen one other one for sale and they wanted a few thousand for it. I actually took a shot and tried messaging Smoltz’s father on Facebook, but didn’t get a response. I didn’t expect one, though. I have some other oddball Jim Bouton Cards, including a signed one from Mr. Mint, the late Al Rosen.

Thanks. I saw this post in 2016 and tried messaging the seller, but didn’t get a response. Thanks again.
