PSA problem

Waited 90 days for a 45 day turnaround, and this is what I get. One week after receiving, I notice the ticket moving around in the holder. Then the holder falls apart. It was never sealed! I was already pissed waiting 90 days. Now I probally have to ship it back at my expense, and wait God knows how more days!

Unbelievable a Trillion dollar company can't hire people long before they get backlogged. Even if they offered a free submission, no thanks! Can't wait for their excuse this time!

Wow! How does that even happen? Don't have a QC person before things are packaged to ship? I swore I saw that position on their website.

If you email or call them and say it was shipped to you this way, they will cover shipping both directions.

Ne1 have contact info for Joe Orlando? I called PSA this morning. After talking to a Manager in the customer relations department, the best I could get was that they would send a FedEx envelope. I was also told that they couldn't tell me how long it would take them to turnaround this return. I offered to drive down there and wait, but they wouldn't do that. Like I said earlier, probably another 90 days!

PSA is lucky this didn't happen to some one with no conscience and the right contacts. It would be like handing someone the keys to the kingdom.
