The font looks like your average 1950-60s pennant. Maybe $75?

Rob is right on, in terms of the vintage and value....

That's a nice pennant with attractive graphics. The pastel shades are nicer than most examples of that particular pennant. Might command a small premium, but you'd be hard-pressed to get $100 for it.
