Our original hosting software and company, after the very original board, was called Network54. So we shortened that and put baseball on it to continue continuity. There are search options on the board but many times Google is better....happy collecting.

"Network54" (shortened to "Net54"), is a website that hosts various internet forums, and is where this baseball forum originated several years ago. The name has remained for continuity purposes, since it is what people are used to looking for.

For searching, go to the blue bar across the top of the page, above "Post Reply" or "New Thread", and you'll see "Search" there.

The search feature built in to Net54 is, shall we say, less than perfect. A far better way to search the forum for old posts is to go to the url/address box and type "search site:www.net54baseball.com" (without the quotes) followed by a space and then whatever it is that you want to search for. This will let you use Boolean operators built into Google that Net54 doesn't allow (AND and OR) and quotation marks to search for an exact phrase. It is much better than using the forum's search option.

Well that's interesting. Doing it with Edge takes me to Bing results.

I'd expected it to be a google/chrome thing.

I'd check Firefox, but it appears to be broken just now. Something I'll have to check out since it was fine a couple days ago.

I think your browser will use whichever site you have set as your default search site. As far as I know, they all ought to work for this search.
