Need help with a Topps Vault Proof - Who is it and what year is it from?
 

Hey Guys. Thanks in advance for any help.

I don't know post-war cards hardly at all. Took a few Topps Vault cards in trade, and was able to figure out what they all were except this one. I'm hoping someone will recognize this player.

Hi Luke,

That is Senators OF Don Lock. Photo is probably from 1963 and it looks like it was going to be used for the 1964 Topps Stand-ups. I don't have any cards from that set, but some of them do look like the pictures were waist shots with artwork legs added to give a full figure.
