Any thoughts on why this didn't sell? A Fox collector once offered me $200 for mine.

I would have put Nellie Fox instead of Nelson in the title.

I definitely would have bid if I had seen it, although I already have one.

Look at the bright side, Paul. It would have been worse if one person did bid on it and you had to sell for $9.99! At least now you still have it and can try again.....
