When I look at my post I see the picture

No picture here. I don't see nothin'.

On a mac running Chrome, I see the posted photo.

I'm on a PC running chrome and don't see it. Plus I have an explorer window and it still doesn't show.

I am on a windows pc running Chrome and see it fine.

I sometimes have an issue seeing a picture but it still shows a broken link or URL so I know its there. this shows nothing on either browser.
