Hey guys....let's see some Harry Heilmann cards or memorabilia
HOFer Harry Heilmann doesn't get much "fanfare". Harry developed an interesting hitting pattern in the 1920's, as he flirted with a .400 BA
every odd-numbered season: (.394 in 1921, .403 in 1923, .393 in 1925, and .398 in 1927. A right-handed batter, he ranks 3rd highest with a career BA of .342 (Roger Hornsby and Ed Delahanty) are 1st and 2nd, respectively. Plus, he was quite a clutch hitter with eight 100+ RBI seasons (out of 15 complete seasons). http://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan7...amHeilmann.jpg TED Z T206 Reference . |

I'm not 100%, but I was told this is Heilmann sitting next to Greenberg. This and some other snapshots came out of a photo album from a gentleman who worked as a bellboy at a hotel in Lakeland, FL.

My uncle and dad seen Harry play and they said they never seen anyone hit the ball harder than he did. Wonder what his exit velocity was ? Hit over .390 4 times !!!

It's tough to beat a 1913 Zeenut Heilmann with coupon. But here's one you don't see every day.

Got this from the n54 b/s/t section, then had it matted & framed.
Gotta love when baseball & beer mix https://qualitycards.com/pictures/altes.jpg |

Here's a link to Harry Heilmann's page on my website.
If you have a little time take a look at the site. It has pages of every HoFer and more than 200 non-HoFers. Cool to see everyone's Heilmann pieces! Thanks for sharing. |
