I do have two Koufax wins ticket stubs currently on ebay: August 16, 1964 and June 16, 1965.

My Koufax program collection is a bit more open than yours, I collect scored Koufax programs from any game where he made an appearance. Wins, losses, saves, no decision, anything.

Thanks to Andy, who sent the stuff I bought in his typical prompt and well packaged manner, my scored Koufax program collection now looks like this :

Wins 99 of 165
Losses 43 of 87
Saves 6 of 9
No decisions 69 of 136
Complete games 81 of 137

Note that Koufax threw more complete games in his career than he had games where he didn't get a decision.


I also added two scored 1958 games, giving me 101 of the Dodgers 154 games from their first year in Los Angeles.
