Interesting 1950's Ted Williams autograph
Just picked up this 1950's signed Ted Williams photo that has an interesting 'T' that I haven't seen except in some 1950's signatures. It goes well with my early 1940's also-faded Williams autograph, especially since the 1940's one also came with a similar frame in which it hung for over 60 years in a bar. Now I just need a faded Texas Rangers-era Ted Photo and I'll have sort of a trifecta:

Ha. True was $5. We both got great deals. The photo and ball I won was at 1/3 the appraisal.
Will psa go and give the full loa? Or am i stuck w the pre certified? |
We don't need no stinking letters
|
Well, My daughters will when I meet my maker. It will be easier on them. My ball was only a pre cert. I did not know i had to pay for a full LOA. learn and burn

We would need another thread to discuss the merits of getting loa's for all your autographs, just to make things easier for people who end up with them after you. There are other solutions that work just as well in my opinion.
I have only ordered an loa for autographs once in my entire life, and I feel pretty good about handing over my collection to my children. |
