Tough to say given the photo, but it looks a lot like a stamp I have seen out there.

You gotta post a much better, larger pic for people to examine.

Well, if you sent it to PSA under a regular submission, they'd probably label it a (MK) or ask you to upgrade to Dual Authentication.

Maybe if you can do some saturation effects to the shot or take a different angle when you get it back, we can give you a better answer. Not enough contrast between the card and the writing to tell much, IMO.

Here's the actual card. When I did the larger scan, I noticed a stray pen mark under the cap.
