In Colorado, I have a friend who received a shoebox of cards from a coworker in 1997. The coworker cleaned out his grandparents home and found the box in the attic. Inside the shoebox was five partially-opened packs of 1952 Topps, two of which had #311 in it along with a few hundred other cards.

What is a partially opened pack?

One that's been opened, searched, and resealed?

Also, the this guy hired me to clean his house and forgot to lock his safe find.
