Help with ID/info Venezuelan issue
 

I bought some "cards" from a Venezuelan seller that isn't in the SCD book. I believe they came out of sports grafico magazines as inserts in 1972/73 each week for several weeks in a row. They are paper stock I think there are 252? Cards in the set I have over 200 different. Does anyone know more info on these or collect them? Any info or help would be greatly appreciated. Rick--we have several Venezualan collectors here including guru Josh, I would add Venezualan to your title to better get their attention.

Any chancee the subjects are similar to the Stamp set of 72 Tops design? Specifically, wondering if Garvey made the cut in your issue and of so, would you share a scan of it if you have it?

They are not similar to the 72 MLB stamps/stickers they are similar to the 72/73 winter league set. Biggest name I have is a Dwight Evans. Most of the names are the same but the pictures are different. I'll post pictures of Bobby Mitchell that is the same. Rick

Never saw them before. Too bad no bigger names. Anyone have some Sport Grafico magazines from that time period to look and see?
