9/14/1941 Red Sox Ticket Stub - Jimmie Foxx Grandslam ITEM NO LONGER AVAILABLE
 

For sale is a Sept 14, 1941 Red Sox vs White Sox ticket stub. In this doubleheader, Ted Williams had 3 hits (+ 2 RBI's) during his historic run to a .406 season. HOFer Jimmie Foxx hit his 16th career Grandslam (Career HR #519/534). This grandslam also put him over 100 RBIs for a 13th consecutive season which tied Lou Gehrig's mark.

The front of the ticket is excellent condition. The back has paper loss/residue from being removed from a scrapbook but in no way detracts from the stub's overall display quality. I will also include a pdf/jpg of the newspaper article and another one if the buyer wants them to go with the ticket stub.
