Need these 2 1982 Topps: 118 & 773
 

I'm looking for these two cards in very high grade condition (PSA 9/10 quality). I have them in NM condition, looking to upgrade, so no NM cards please. They must be nearly perfectly centered (both ways) with razor sharp corners. I'll pay $10 delivered for the two, but I am very picky. High resolution scans (no pics) are an absolute must.

118 - Expos Rookies (Francona)
773 - John Denny
