In your opinion, do you think this card would be considered miscut?

Sorry for the delay in response as I have not been on for a while.
In an effort to answer your question, I once had a PSA 5 Titus that had part of the team name cut off... scan attached... that card did not receive a qualifier.

Probably not as bad as the Herzog, but very close. Having said all that, if I had to guess, I think a MC Q is possible.
