FOUND this at Goodwill--Help Identifying signature

So, I was at Goodwill over the weekend and took a chance on this because it was only just a few bucks on an Official MLB. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I could find out who this is? I live in Charleston and looked up the local minor league team, the Charleston Riverdogs, but don't believe it to be anyone from the team.

It's amazing what shows up at Goodwill sometimes. Over the last few months I have picked up 2 autographed Riddell Mini helmets.
