well it looks like i was beat out by one bid which i had to look at the timestamps....i do think it does benefit the forum as a whole as to whether bids made all with 10:00 et or whatever time a seller says would all count or not based on the standard instructions. Would be nice to know on future auctions. If was an easy issue you would of just answered it so i may of touched on something that people may want to address on their auctions.
Do the seconds count after a stated time i guess is what i am getting. The fact you need to consult with Leon shows this is a matter for the forum, i have a feeling he may chime in as well. Maybe have to say all auctions are to end before and not on 8:01 et for example is what may be done. In addition if there is no payment, I would be the highest bidder as well |
