I'd guess early 1930s, strictly based on the logos and design. Could even be a bit earlier.

Cool mini pennants... gotta be rare variations, as you just don't see those variations. Nice!

I agree they are tough, i too have not seen either. I might even say 20's just because of the size with tassels and not seen before.

I agree with Mark and Jason on approximate age and I think it's very possible these were attached to a mini bat originally...
