The Griffith was originally part of a puzzle that when put together displays an ad for Oaks Tobacco. On this example, you can see part of a hand, 2 sets of acorns and another symbol. There are a few other examples out there however, this sort of an "underprint" does not come up too often. The 1909 tobacco ad for "Oaks Tobacco" was originally printed while t206's where printed at American litho in NYC. Asking $500

Waddell SGC 40 Throwing - Very little wear and no creasing or wrinkling -- $165 [SOLD!!]

Red Kleinow (NY/Catching) PSA 5 - great centering, sharp corners -- $150 [SOLD!!]

Bender (no trees) w/ Polar Bear back GD - mild staining & very light wrinkling -- $50 [SOLD!!]

Mordecai Brown (Sweet Corporal 350) - GD/VG - one corner crease, very little wear -- $60 [SOLD!!]

Is there any chance you have a picture or link to a picture of the completed puzzle?

I believe so....here's a link to a thread from a few years ago that has a lot of pictures/info on this oddity. The Griffith I have for sale is actually shown here as well....
